ឯកឧត្តមទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ស៊ុន ចាន់ថុល ចូលរួមថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថានៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំផ្លូវថ្នល់ពិភពលោកនៅរាជធានីអាប៊ូដាប៊ី (Abu Dhabi) នៃប្រទេសសហភាពអារ៉ាប់រួម --- ដោយមានការអនុញ្ញាតដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ពីសម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ឯកឧត្តម ស៊ុន ចាន់ថុល ទេសរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងសាធារណការ និងដឹកជញ្ជូន បានដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំផ្លូវថ្នល់ពិភពលោកលើកទី២៦ ពីថ្ងៃទី៦ ដល់ ទី១០ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០១៩ នៅរាជធានីអាប៊ូដាប៊ី (Abu Dhabi) នៃប្រទេសសហភាពអារ៉ាប់រួម។ កិច្ចប្រជុំបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមទិសស្លោក “ធ្វើការតភ្ជាប់វប្បធម៌ និងជម្រុញការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ច” និងមានការចូលរួមជាអធិបបើកដោយព្រះអង្គម្ចាស់អាប៊ូដាប៊ី និងមានការចូលរួមពីរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ និងដឹកជញ្ជូន និងប្រតិភូជាង ៥០០០ នាក់មកពីប្រទេសជាសមាជិក ១២១ និងស្តង់តាំងពិព័រណ៍ជាង ២០០ ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ មានការពិភាក្សា និងផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍ការអនុវត្តល្អបំផុត បច្ចេកទេស និងបច្ចេកវិទ្យាថ្មីៗ របស់ប្រទេសនានានៅក្នុងពិភពលោក នៅក្នុងវិស័យផ្លូវថ្នល់ ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ ការសាងសង់ និងការដឹកជញ្ជូន សម្រាប់យកទៅពិចារណានៅក្នុងការបង្កើតគោលនយោបាយ និងអនុវត្តប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាពវិស័យហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ និងដឹកជញ្ជូន។ នៅថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០១៩ ឯកឧត្តមទេសរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ស៊ុន ចាន់ថុល បានចូលរួមថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាស្តីពីប្រព័ន្ធដឹកជញ្ជូនអនាគត និងរបៀបវារៈនយោបាយរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា សម្រាប់អភិវឌ្ឍការដឹកជញ្ជូនពហុប្រភេទ និងគម្រោងស្តារ និងអភិវឌ្ឍផ្លូវគោក ផ្លូវដែក ផ្លូវទឹក ផ្លូវអាកាស និងការសាងសង់ផ្លូវល្បឿនលឿននៅកម្ពុជា ផងដែរ។ H.E. Senior Minister Sun Chanthol Attends the World Road Congress in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates --- With the permission of Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, H.E. Sun Chanthol, Senior Minister and Minister of Public Works and Transport has led a delegation to attend the 26th World Road Congress from 6-10 October 2019 in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates. The Congress focuses on Connecting Cultures and Enabling Economies and opened by the Prince of Abu Dhabi with attendance of transport ministers and over 5,000 delegates and over 200 booths from around the world. The Congress discusses and shares experience and best practice, techniques and technologies in transport and infrastructure from countries around the world for consideration in policy making and effective implementation of infrastructure and transport. On 6 October 2019, H.E. Sun Chanthol delivered a speech in the Ministerial Session on future transport network and policy agenda of the Royal Government of Cambodia for the development of multi-medal transport and the rehabilitation and construction projects in land transport, railway, waterway, airways and expressways in Cambodia.
