នៅថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០១៨ គម្រោងទំនើបកម្មប្រព័ន្ធចុះបញ្ជី និងត្រួតពិនិត្យលក្ខណៈបច្ចេកទេសយានយន្ត បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំគណៈកម្មការសម្របសម្រួលរួមលើកទី៥ (5th JCC) នៅ សណ្ឋាគារកាំបូឌីយ៉ាណា ក្រោមអធីបតីភាពរបស់ ឯកឧត្តម តូច ចាន់កុសល រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក្រសួងសាធារណការនិងដឹកជញ្ជូន និង លោក តាណាកា កូតារ៉ូ អនុប្រធានតំណាងការិយាល័យ JICA ប្រចាំប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះក៏មានការចូលរួមពីសមភាគីដែលជាសមាជិករបស់គម្រោង និងមន្ត្រីក្រសួងសាធារណការ និងដឹកជញ្ជូន តំណាងអន្តរក្រសួងមកពី អគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានពន្ធដារ និងអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានគយនិងរដ្ឋករ នៃក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ អគ្គស្នងការនគបាលជាតិ និងអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានអត្តសញ្ញាណកម្ម នៃក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ និងក្រុមអ្នកជំនាញការគម្រោង JICA ដឹកនាំដោយលោក អូតា ម៉ាសាយ៉ា ប្រធានទីប្រឹក្សាគម្រោង ដែលអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបមានប្រមាណ ៦០នាក់។ គោលបំណងនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំ JCC លើកទីប្រាំ នៃគម្រោងនេះគឺដើម្បីធ្វើការឯកភាពទៅលើវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនៅប្រទេសជប៉ុនក្នុងឆ្នាំ ២០១៩ និងដើម្បីរាយការណ៍ពីសកម្មភាពនៃការចុះបញ្ជី ការត្រួតពិនិត្យលក្ខណៈបច្ចេកទេសយានយន្ត ប្រព័ន្ធពត៌មានវិទ្យា (អាយធី) លទ្ធផលនៃការពិនិត្យតាមដាន និងសកម្មភាពទំនាក់ទំនងសាធារណៈ។ ------ On 24th Dec 2018, the Project for Modernization of Vehicle Registration and Inspection Administration System held the 5th Joint Coordination Committee (JCC) meeting, which was presided over by H.E. Tauch Chankosal, Secretary of State of Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MPWT) and Mr. Tanaka Kotaro, Senior Representative of JICA Cambodia Office. There were also the participation from the Project counterpart members and officials from MPWT, General Department of Taxation and General Department of Customs and Excise of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, General Commissariat of National Police and General Department of Identification of the Ministry of Interior, and JICA expert team headed by Mr. OTA Masaya, Chief Advisor of the Project. Totally, around 60 people attended the meeting. The objective of the 5th JCC meeting of the project was to get the approval on training in Japan in 2019 and to report the activities of registration, inspecion, IT system, monitoring result and PR.
