Construction of the project began on November 1, 2024, with a planned construction period of 36 months, and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027. At present, the project is progressing smoothly. The overall development scope includes: - A total of 125 km of wastewater sewer networks - 5.3 km of stormwater drainage networks - Seven (7) small and large wastewater pumping stations - 10,000 household connections across Kampong Samnanh, Ta Kadol, Ta Khmau, Prek Ho, and Prek Russey sangkats - A wastewater treatment plant with a treatment capacity of 12,000 cubic meters per day, constructed on a 20-hectare site located in Prek Thmey Village, Roka Khpos Sangkat, Ta Khmau City, Kandal Province In addition to the main project scope, approval has been granted for detailed technical design studies covering the rehabilitation of existing stormwater pumping stations, the construction of new pumping stations, and the installation of additional stormwater drainage networks.
