ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៣១ បានធ្វើការប្រគល់-ទទួលបញ្ចប់សុពលភាព ក្រោយពីបានដាក់ដំណើរការ ១ឆ្នាំ! គម្រោងពង្រីក និងលើកកម្រិតគុណភាពផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៣១ ត្រូវបានប្រកាសបើកការដ្ឋាន កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ៣០ធ្នូឆ្នាំ២០២២ និងដាក់សម្ពោធបើកឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់ជាផ្លូវការ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ២៩មេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។ គម្រោងនេះមានប្រវែងប្រមាណ ៥៣,៥៣គីឡូម៉ែត្រ គិតចេញពីផ្លូវបែកគុស (ចំណុចប្រសព្វផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៣) រហូតដល់ផ្សារកំពង់ត្រាច (ចំណុចប្រសព្វផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៣៣) ដោយមានឆ្លងកាត់ខេត្តតាកែវ និងខេត្តកំពត។ ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៣១ ជាគម្រោងផ្លូវស្ដារ និងលើកកម្រិតគុណភាព ជាប្រភេទផ្លូវក្រាលបេតុងកៅស៊ូ (AC) មានកម្រាស់ ៧សង់ទីម៉ែត្រ និងពង្រីកទទឹងតួផ្លូវរហូតដល់ ១២ម៉ែត្រ។ គម្រោងនេះ នឹងរួមបញ្ចូលនូវ ការសាងសង់ស្ពានថ្មី ចំនួន ១កន្លែង ទទឹង ១២ម៉ែត្រ និងជួសជុលស្ពានដែលមានស្រាប់ចំនួន ២កន្លែង ប្រវែងសរុប ៤០ម៉ែត្រ និងដាក់លូគ្រប់ប្រភេទចំនួន ១៤៤កន្លែង ផងដែរ។ យ៉ាងណាថ្មីៗនេះ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ២៨វិច្ឆិកាឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ផ្លូវត្រូវបានធ្វើការត្រួតពិនិត្យឡើងវិញ លើទីតាំងដាក់លូរំដោះទឹក ការបំពាក់ផ្លាកសញ្ញាចរាចរណ៍ គំនូសសញ្ញាចរាចរណ៍ និងទីតាំងផ្សេងៗទៀត ដើម្បីធានាថា បានអនុវត្តតាមបទដ្ឋានបច្ចេកទេសត្រឹមត្រូវ។ ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៣១ ក៏បានធ្វើការប្រគល់-ទទួលបញ្ចប់សុពលភាព ក្រោយបានដាក់ដំណើរការ ១ឆ្នាំរួចមក។ National Road No. 31 has completed its handover and acceptance after one year of operation! The project to expand and upgrade the quality of National Road No. 31 was officially launched on December 30, 2022 and officially inaugurated for use on April 29, 2025. This project covers a total length of 53.53 km, starting from Bek Kus Junction (the intersection with National Road No. 3) to Kampong Trach Market (the intersection with National Road No. 33), passing through Takeo Province and Kampot Province. National Road No. 31 is a restoration and upgrading project using asphalt concrete (AC) pavement with a thickness of 7 cm, and the road width expanded to 12 meters. The project also includes the construction of one new bridge with a width of 12 meters, repairs on two existing bridges totaling 40 meters in length, and the installation of 144 drainage culverts of various types. Recently, on November 28, 2025, the road underwent another inspection focusing on drainage installations, traffic signs, road markings, and other areas to ensure compliance with proper technical standards. After one year of operation, National Road No. 31 has now officially completed its handover and acceptance period.
