Phnom Penh Capital Administration has announced a number of traffic restrictions in Phnom Penh for November 8, 9 and 11City Hall states that because of the 69th Anniversary of National Independence Day, November 9 and the Birth of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces, which will take place on November 8, 9 and 11. 2022, in order for the above celebration to run smoothly, to maintain security, safety, order and public order, as well as to avoid traffic jams, the Phnom Penh Capital Administration will avoid traffic for all types of vehicles from the banks of the Tonle Sap along Street 178, Norodom Blvd., Street 214, Street 51, Street 294 and Samdech Sothearos Neak Blvd. The Phnom Penh Capital Administration would also like to ask for tolerance from the public and asks the public to avoid avoid traveling through the above road sections on these dates.
