Phnom Penh, February 09, 2021 -- Cambodia would experience light rain on Feb. 10-11 and morning low temperature on Feb. 12-16, according to a new weather forecast released this morning by the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology (MOWRAM). The ministry explained the phenomena by the effects of Inversion Mass Wind and Pacific high pressure. During the said period, it pointed out, the temperature in the provinces at the central lowland areas would vary between 16 and 34 degrees Celsius, and that in the provinces along the Dangrek mountain range and northeastern highland areas, between 15 and 33 degrees Celsius. For the coastal regions, the temperature would be between 18 to 32 degrees Celsius, it added. MOWRAM called on people, particularly the soldiers stationed at the Dangrek mountain range, northern highland areas, and northwestern lowland areas to take good care of their health.
